Building a custom home is a major investment. You need more than a builder who can execute the plans. You need a team you trust to watch the budget, protect the schedule, hold every trade to a high standard and deal with the unexpected.
TMG is led by Aaron McIntyre, Michael Munir and Zach Anderson. Together, we bring decades of luxury homebuilding experience, deep Austin relationships and a homeowner’s perspective to every project. We communicate clearly, show you where the money is going and speak up when we see a better way.
Our job is to make a complicated process feel organized, transparent and manageable. And ultimately, to deliver a home you and your family will be proud of.
What We Do
TMG builds high-end custom homes and manages major renovations throughout Austin. We like to get involved early to help owners evaluate the plans, establish a realistic budget, identify potential construction issues and get the project ready to build.
Once construction begins, we coordinate the design team and trades, manage permitting and inspections, stay ahead of key decisions and oversee the work in the field. Our open-book process gives clients a clear view of costs and progress.
Throughout the build, we stay accessible and keep you informed. You will know what is happening, what is coming next and which decisions need to be made. We help keep those decisions on track so selections and approvals do not create unnecessary delays.
We take responsibility for keeping all the moving parts moving in the same direction.

Michael also serves as President and COO of Sharif & Munir Custom Homes in Dallas. A UT graduate who grew up in Dallas, he enjoys golf, Longhorn football, and the Dallas Cowboys.
